Ertugrul C. has a diverse work experience in the field of Information Technology. Ertugrul started their career as an Analyst Programmer at AYKOM Computer&Telecommunication Ltd. in 1988. Ertugrul then worked as a Product Support Specialist at Progress Progres Software Turkey from 1989 to 1990. In 1991, they joined Borsa Istanbul - Istanbul Stock Exchange and held various roles such as System Analyst, Programmer, IT Assistant Director, and IT Division Director until 2012.

Afterward, Ertugrul worked as the Director of Information Technology at EFG Hermes - EFG Turkey in 2012 and at Burgan Securities from 2013 to 2015. Ertugrul then served as an IT Consultant at The International Securities Consultancy (ISC) from 2015 to 2016.

From 2016 to 2019, Ertugrul worked at Boursa Kuwait as the Director of Information Technology Infrastructure and Director of Governance and Planning. In 2020, they joined ÜNLÜ & Co as the Director of Information Technology.

In 2023, Ertugrul transitioned to ÜNLÜ and took on the role of Senior IT Director. Throughout their career, they have gained expertise in IT management, governance, and planning.

Ertugrul C. completed a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Yıldız Technical University between 1985 and 1990.
