Tom Strahler

Tom Strahler has extensive work experience in various positions within the healthcare industry. Tom is currently serving as the Executive Director of Business Operations at UNLV Health since June 2022. Prior to this, they worked at UNLV Medicine as the Behavioral Health Agency Director from July 2017 to August 2022. Tom also held multiple roles at the University of Nevada, Reno School of Medicine, including Behavioral Health Agency Director from July 2015 to July 2017, EMR/PM Project Manager from November 2012 to July 2015, and Clinical IT Manager from November 2009 to November 2012. Tom started their career at the University of Nevada School of Medicine as a Systems Administrator and later took on the role of Behavioral Health Clinic Administrator from 2004 to 2009.

Tom Strahler earned a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree in Administration from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas, which they attended from 1997 to 2000.
