Vince Defiesta

Vince DeFiesta is a Health Program Specialist at UNLV Health, where responsibilities include analyzing and managing data for the First Episode Psychosis grant-funded program to enhance client treatment plans. Prior experience includes managing the wellness and safety program for over 2,000 corporate employees at Cigna, where engagement metrics consistently ranked in the top three. Vince also directed health and wellness programs at YMCA and designed safety and wellness initiatives at Southern California Edison, earning the American Heart Association’s Worksite Innovation Award. Previous roles at Plus One Health Management Inc, Fitness 19, and Cal State University San Bernardino further established expertise in health management and athletic training. Vince holds a Master of Science in Health Promotion and Exercise Science from PennWest California and a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from CSU San Bernardino.
