Hilary Johnson

Hilary Johnson has held various roles in product management and product leadership throughout their career. Hilary is currently serving as the VP of Product at Unmind, a position they have held since September 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a Product Director at Unmind from November 2021 to September 2023. Hilary has also worked as a Product Management Trainer at Mind the Product since November 2018. In addition, they served as a Remote Product Coach and Advisor at Night School Ltd. from January 2020 to September 2023. Hilary has experience in growth advising and product leadership, having worked as a Product Lead and Growth Advisor at ustwo from March 2021 to November 2021, and as the Head of Product at Flux from September 2019 to August 2020. Hilary has also held positions at Monzo Bank, Boclips, After the flood, and Abundance Investment, where they gained expertise in product consulting and strategy.

Hilary Johnson holds a Master of Science degree from the Oxford Internet Institute at the University of Oxford. Hilary has also completed Coaching Fundamentals training at the Co-Active Training Institute in 2021. Furthermore, they have pursued legal studies at the Law Society of Upper Canada, focusing on Barrister & Solicitor Professional Exams. Additionally, Hilary Johnson has a Bachelor of Civil Law and Bachelor of Laws degree from McGill University, with a specialization in Law.
