Megan Kille

Megan Kille has a vast work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Megan has been with Unmind since 2020, starting as the Head of People and later transitioning to the role of Director of People & Talent. Currently, they hold the position of VP People & Talent at Unmind. Prior to that, Megan worked at Farfetch as a People Business Partner from 2017 to 2020. Megan also has experience at Gap Inc./ Banana Republic where they served as an Acting HR Manager and later as an HR Specialist for Banana Republic Europe. Megan's earlier experience includes roles as a Human Resources Generalist at Myriad Group AG and an Account Manager/Development Commercial at Printing.com. Megan started their career with positions at Harris Interactive Inc. and Eurogroup Vacances.

Megan Kille has a BA Hons degree in French and Business and Management from Alliance Manchester Business School, which they completed between 2006 and 2010. In 2016, they received a certification in French Employment Law from JSB Group Ltd. Megan also obtained an Intermediate Diploma in Human Resource Management from CIPD in 2015 and a Foundation Certificate in HR Practice in 2013. Megan has also completed a course on Fundamentals of UK Employment Law from CIPD in 2015.
