Shane Brechmann is an accomplished entrepreneur and business leader with extensive experience in startup acceleration and business development. Currently serving as the Accelerator Director at Founder Institute in Austin, Texas, Shane has played a pivotal role in supporting over 6,000 technology companies since 2009. As the Founder and CEO of Topmost Ventures, Shane focuses on early-stage startups and real estate, overseeing fundraising strategies and operational processes. Additionally, Shane is involved in advisory roles at WeAI Design and Unnanu, contributing expertise in AI solutions for design and cloud-based hiring platforms. Previous positions include Head of Member Experience at Startup Haven and Head of Startup Success at Newchip Accelerator. Shane holds a Master’s degree from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas and a Bachelor of Arts from San Jose State University, along with a Product Leader Certificate from Product School.
