Silvana Vásquez Sutcliffe has a long and varied work experience. Silvana began in 2016 as a Brand Executive and Content Producer at Ariadna Communications Group, where they demonstrated leadership skills in leading and managing multidisciplinary teams, lead digital marketing campaigns to boost brand awareness, and improved digital KPI's. In 2019, they moved to VisaNet Perú as a Digital Marketing Analyst VendeMás. In 2020, they joined Niubiz as a Growth Hacker and Digital Performance Analyst, where they optimized the budget of 2020, decreasing CPA by 46%, developed online strategies to increase customer acquisition with grow in sales and revenue, and managed and optimized performance focused campaigns in Google AdWords and Facebook for improving sales by 44%. Finally, in 2022, they joined both Unnax as a Marketing Operations Manager, and ActioGlobal as a Growth Hacker & Digital Enabler, where they help clients diagnose organizational team cultures and implement agile methodologies and digital technologies.
Silvana Vásquez Sutcliffe is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Customer Experience and Innovation at EAE Business School, which they began in 2021. Silvana has also completed a Diplomatura de Estudio Internacional Empresarial en Gestión de Marketing from CENTRUM PUCP in 2018, an Avanzado in Inglés from Instituto Peruano Británico in 2017, a Licenciatura in Comunicación Visual from Universidad San Ignacio de Loyola in 2015, and a Bachiller in Arte y Diseño Gráfico Empresarial from Universidad San Ignacio de Loyola between 2010 and 2014.
In addition, Silvana has obtained certifications from HubSpot Academy and Google Digital Academy (Skillshop). These include HubSpot Marketing Software, HubSpot Reporting, HubSpot Sales Software, and Certificación de Publicidad en apps de Google Ads, which were obtained in August 2022, August 2022, August 2022, and January 2021, respectively.
