İSMAİL KAYA is an experienced production manager with a solid background in quality control and laboratory supervision. Currently serving as a Production Manager at UNO - UNMAŞ AŞ since May 2024, İSMAİL previously held similar managerial roles at CPF Turkey from June 2014 to May 2024, where responsibilities included quality control and oversight of laboratory operations. Prior experience includes positions as a Process Specialist at CPM OTOMOTİV, Experiment Responsible at EKOÇED Çevre Danışmanlık ve Laboratuvarı, and Quality Analyst at Penguen Gida San. A.S. İSMAİL holds a bachelor's degree in Chemistry from Dumlupinar University, completed in 2012.
