Anne-Claire Howard

Anne-Claire Howard is a distinguished professional in sustainable procurement and international development, currently serving as the Director of Procurement at UNOPS since March 2022, where responsibilities include strategy development for sustainable public procurement and advocacy in public forums. Anne-Claire has been a Franco-British Young Leader since June 2017, aiming to foster collaboration between France and the UK. Previous roles include Chief Executive Officer of ResponsibleSteel™, Executive Director of Bettercoal, and Principal Manager at Adam Smith International, among other significant positions. Anne-Claire holds a Master's degree in Development Economics and International Finance from Johns Hopkins SAIS, alongside other degrees from renowned institutions including the University of Cambridge and Sciences Po.
