Esther van der Zee - Teeken

Esther van der Zee - Teeken has extensive work experience in various leadership and financial roles. Esther is currently the Chief Operating Officer at the Principles for Responsible Investment, where they partner closely with the CEO and executive team to develop and implement operational and cross-organizational strategies. Prior to this, they were a Board Member and Chief Operating Officer at The Institute of Directors. Esther also served as an Interim CFO and Global FD at Equiom Group. Esther held the position of Finance Director and Global Head of Finance at Grant Thornton International Ltd for a decade. Esther began their career at Alstom as a Senior Operations Controller and Finance Manager. Before that, they were the Divisional Finance Controller of 15 companies at the Direct Selling Division of Hillshire Brands.
