Hala Dib

Hala Dib has a diverse work experience. hala started their career as an admin officer assistant at UNRWA in 2005. hala then worked as a Software Engineer at 4c, where they were responsible for software development, database management, and problem-solving. In 2012, they became an Academic Instructor at Arab International University. Hala returned to UNRWA in 2014 and took on various roles, including Field Applications Officer and later became the Head of the Field Information Management and Technology Office.

Hala Dib has a Master's degree in Management Information Systems (MIS) from the Arab Academy for Banking and Financial Sciences. hala pursued this degree from 2008 to 2009. Prior to that, from 2000 to 2005, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology Engineering from Damascus University. hala also completed a program in information at the same university during the same time period. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in "Project Management: The Basics for Success" from Coursera in December 2018, and ITIL v3 (institution not specified).
