Mohammed Abbas is an experienced design architect with a career spanning from 2000 to the present. Currently employed by UNRWA since July 2004, Mohammed provides technical guidance and supervision in shelter and construction activities, ensuring compliance with humanitarian standards. Previous experience includes a role as an Operation Engineer with the United Nations Minustah Haiti in 2010, where responsibilities involved optimizing operational plans and overseeing engineering calculations and construction progress. Early career experience includes site engineering at BIEDCO, where project leadership and technical supervision were key responsibilities. Mohammed holds a Master's degree in Construction Management and a Bachelor's degree in Architecture, both from The Islamic University of Gaza.
