Susanne Traugott

Susanne Traugott has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as a Project Manager at Technische Universität München from 2005 to 2008. Susanne then moved on to UnternehmerTUM, where they held various positions. As a Project Manager from 2008 to 2014, Susanne supported founders and start-ups with the development of their products and business models. From 2015 to 2017, they served as the Executive Director of the Executive MBA in Innovation & Business Creation, a program offered by Technical University of Munich and UnternehmerTUM. During this time, they helped create an outstanding entrepreneurship program. Additionally, Susanne was the Project Leader for Women.start.up! and the Project Lead for the EIT Project Women in Urban Mobility, both initiatives aimed at promoting gender equality and innovation.

Susanne Traugott has a Master of Arts degree in Communications and Intercultural Communications from Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München. Susanne also holds a degree in Business Administration, specifically Betriebswirtin (IWW), from Fernuniversität Hagen, IWW.
