Dereck Johnson

Dereck Johnson is an experienced design professional with over 20 years in UX design leadership, currently serving as an Experience Design Consultant at Dereck Johnson Design and an Associate UX Design Consultant at Unthinkable Digital. Previously, Johnson was the Head of UX at FutureLearn, where responsibilities included building the UX Research and Design team and leading the design for customer experiences. As a founder and Creative Director of GRILL N CHILL EVENTS LTD, Johnson successfully developed a large-scale annual car festival. Additional roles include Lead UX Designer at Tes and Head of Design at i-KOS, among others. Johnson holds a Design and Illustration degree from Ravensbourne University London.
