Gherman Flavia

Gherman Flavia has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Gherman has held various roles in different companies. Gherman started their career as a Project Coordinator at AV Media Prod from October 2010 to January 2013. Gherman then worked as a Sales Representative at "Zile si Nopti" Magazine from July 2013 to April 2014. Afterwards, they were a Junior Event Planner at BurCASH from May 2014 to July 2014. Gherman also worked as a Sales Representative at Dettra from August 2014 to December 2014. In 2015, they founded their own company, MUZA Events, where they served as the Owner and Business Thinker. In the same year, they joined Neversea as a Partnerships Officer, and in 2018, they became the Head of Sponsorship at Neversea. In 2021, they joined The Sponsorship Agency as the Managing Partner and Head of Sponsorship. Most recently, in 2022, they started working at UNTOLD and Neversea as the Head of Sponsorship, continuing their role from the previous company.

Gherman Flavia pursued their education in Cluj-Napoca, Romania. Gherman completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from Universitatea Babes-Bolyai Cluj-Napoca between 2010 and 2013. Gherman then went on to earn a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Universitatea "Babeș-Bolyai" din Cluj-Napoca, studying from 2013 to 2015. Prior to their university studies, Gherman attended "Nicolae Balcescu" Highschool in Cluj-Napoca from 2006 to 2010, focusing on Intensive English.
