Ceylan Gleißner

Ceylan Gleißner has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Ceylan currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer at unu since April 2020. In 2021, they started working as a Community Member at 2hearts. Previously, they held the position of Chief Financial Officer / Managing Director at i-surance AG from February 2019 to February 2020.

Ceylan'searlier experience includes working as the Director of Reporting and Investment Controlling at Hasso Plattner Foundation from October 2016 to January 2019, where they established the back-office/operations for the family office and led the investment controlling team.

Ceylan also worked at Horváth & Partners Management Consultants as a Managing Consultant from March 2013 to September 2016. Prior to that, they had a project-based role at BMW Group as a Project Employee EF-10 and master's degree candidate from March 2012 to December 2012.

Ceylan started their career as an Analyst at Deloitte from January 2011 to August 2011. Ceylan gained experience in the logistics industry as a Trainee at SDV Logistics (Singapore) Pte. Ltd., and as a Student Employee Finance Department Central Europe at Rodio GmbH Spezialtiefbau. Ceylan also worked as a Student Employee at the BMW Museum.

Ceylan Gleißner holds a Master of Science degree in Finance and Chemistry from the Technical University of Munich, which was obtained between 2010 and 2012. Ceylan also pursued another Master of Science degree in Finance and Strategy from the Copenhagen Business School for a brief period in 2011. Earlier, between 2006 and 2010, Ceylan completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Life Science from the Technical University of Munich. In 2018, they enrolled in an emerging leaders program at ESMT Berlin, but there is no specified end year for this program.
