Ireneusz Dybowski

Ireneusz Dybowski has over 25 years of experience in the insurance and sales management sectors. Currently serving as Agency Manager at Unum Życie TUiR S.A. since October 2013, Ireneusz has focused on establishing a start-up branch and executing sales plans, along with recruiting and training agents and managers. Prior experience includes roles as Macroregion Director at Aegon Life, managing multiple branch directors, and leading recruitment and coaching efforts. At Allianz Insurance, Ireneusz directed a team of unit managers and over 100 agents, ensuring the achievement of sales goals. Previous positions included Project Manager at Generali and Regional Sales Director at PZU Życie, highlighting a strong track record in sales management, recruitment, and team development across various regions. Ireneusz holds a master's degree in History and postgraduate studies in Business Management from the University of Gdansk.
