Cindy Pagel is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and community impact. Currently serving as Manager of Talent Acquisition at Unum since April 2019, Cindy has held multiple roles focusing on connecting high-potential actuarial and accounting professionals with leadership programs. Prior to Unum, Cindy worked at Pratt & Whitney as a Staffing Specialist and at United Way of York County in various capacities, including Senior Manager of Communications & Development and Associate Director of Community Impact & Donor Engagement. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership from Quinnipiac University and a degree from the University of Southern Maine.
