Tina Rancourt

Tina Rancourt is an accomplished professional with a background in computer information systems, holding a Bachelor of Science degree from Thomas College. Currently serving as the Director of the Enterprise Agile Office and previously holding roles as an Agile Coach and Scrum Master Kanban Lead at Unum, Tina has extensive experience in agile methodologies. Prior to Unum, Tina worked as a Programmer Analyst at Central Maine Power Company. Additionally, Tina is a certified SAFe 5.1 Program Consultant through Scaled Agile, reflecting a commitment to ongoing professional development in agile practices.
