Suraj Venkataraman

Suraj VenkataRaman is the Head of Design at Unusual Ventures. Prior to joining Unusual, Suraj led Product Design at Cloudknox Inc, creating the enterprise portal for managing AWS, GCP, and Azure cloud permissions. Before that, he led design at Shape Security (acquired by F5 Networks) where he envisioned the brand, created a strong visual language and brand presence, and designed Shape Security’s product UI. Apart from working in tech, Suraj has also worked as a designer in the animation and gaming industries and has designed characters for Nickelodeon’s TAK, Alpha and Omega feature film, and the Emmy award-winning PBS show Word World. Suraj is also a design contributor for NGOs like TeachAids, where he designed TeachAids products like Concussion Story Wall, a concussion education platform, and CoviDB, a coronavirus resource database.
