Richard Cohen

Richard Cohen is an experienced legal and operational professional currently serving as Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel at unybrands since March 2021. Prior to this, Richard held the position of General Counsel and Head of Strategy at Nivaura from January 2019 to December 2020. Richard began a lengthy career at Allen & Overy, where tenure spanned from September 2006 to December 2018 with roles ranging from Trainee Solicitor to Senior Associate. Academically, Richard earned a GDL and LPC in Law from BPP Law School between 2004 and 2006 and obtained a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Leeds from 2001 to 2004.
