John Lim

John Lim, CFA, is a seasoned finance professional currently serving as a Fixed Income Portfolio Manager/Analyst at UOB Asset Management since January 2022, focusing on Asia USD and SGD credit. Prior to this role, John was a Portfolio Manager at Maybank Asset Management from November 2015 to January 2022, where responsibilities included generating and executing trade ideas while managing Fixed Income mandates across Asia and the Middle East. John’s earlier experience at OCBC Bank spanned nearly a decade, holding titles such as AVP and Manager in Credit Portfolio Management, where analysis and execution of trades in the investment-grade space were key responsibilities. John Lim holds a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) with Honours in Mathematics and a Minor in Statistics from the National University of Singapore, where education was completed between 2000 and 2004.
