Donald Li

Donald Li is currently the Vice President of Investments at Up Campus Student Living, where Donald is responsible for acquisition, underwriting, and capital raising for various real estate opportunities. Prior to this role, Donald was a founding team member and Senior Associate at the same company. With previous experience as an Associate at Klaff Realty, LP and an Analyst at JLL, Donald has a strong background in acquisitions, asset management, and financial services. Donald holds a Master of Science in Accounting from Indiana University, where Donald also completed their Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance.
