Stephen Bus

Stephen Bus is currently the Managing Partner at Thesis Living and Up Campus Student Living where Stephen has held various leadership roles overseeing acquisition, entitlement, and development projects in the student housing sector. Prior to this, Stephen was a Partner at Meridian Capital Partners, LLC and Campus Acquisitions, LLC, where Stephen spearheaded the acquisition and entitlement for multiple student housing projects across various universities. With a background in civil engineering and real estate finance, Stephen also served as a Senior Project Manager at CEMCON, Ltd. Stephen holds an MBA from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management, a MSCE from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, and a BSCE from Cornell University.
