Ashley Hutchinson O’connor

Ashley Hutchinson O'Connor has extensive experience in educational operations and finance, currently serving as Chief Financial Officer and Managing Director of Finance at UP Education Network since August 2017, where responsibilities include managing a $4.7 million budget, overseeing operational teams, and leading educational responses through the COVID-19 pandemic. Prior roles include Director of School Operations at KIPP Massachusetts, Operations Manager at Lawrence High School's 9th Grade Academy, and various positions in educational and research settings. Ashley holds a Bachelor of Arts in Human Developmental and Regenerative Biology from Harvard University and a Master of Education in Curriculum and Instruction from Merrimack College.
