Colby Goff

Colby Goff is a seasoned entrepreneur and executive with extensive experience in the restaurant and technology sectors. As a General Partner and Co-Founder at Rustic Canyon Family of Restaurants since 2005, Colby has played a pivotal role in establishing and managing a diverse array of dining concepts including Rustic Canyon Wine Bar & Seasonal Kitchen, Huckleberry Bakery & Cafe, and others. Colby is also a Venture Partner at UP.Partners and served as CFO for Bonito Coffee Roaster from September 2022 to December 2023. Prior experience includes being part of the founding team at CloudKitchens, serving as CEO and a founding member at Curby, and holding significant roles at Boingo Wireless and eCompanies. Colby holds a degree from Stanford University.
