Elena Pap

Elena Pap serves as the CEO Europe and Regional Director for Romania, Moldova, Bulgaria, Serbia, and Greece at Up Coop since September 2019, where responsibilities include coordinating innovative solutions and promoting strategic project implementation in the fringe benefit sector. Additionally, Elena holds the position of General Manager at Up Romania, a role undertaken since 2005, focusing on growth strategies and sustainable business development. Elena also presides over the Voucher Issuers Professional Association, which represents key payment voucher issuers in Romania, and possesses a degree from Academia de Studii Economice din București, obtained between 1987 and 1992.
