Ioana Niculae

Ioana Niculae (Sidoreac) currently serves as Project Manager for Up MultiBeneficii at Up Romania, overseeing the development and implementation of a platform that empowers employees to manage their fringe benefits effectively. With over 13 years of experience at Up Romania, Ioana initially held positions as a Zonal Sales Manager and Commercial Representative, managing a portfolio of over 300 companies and achieving notable sales performance, including two nominations as the second best Zonal Sales Manager and three awards for best commercial representative in the TeleSales Department.
