Nanako Engel-Mikkelsen

Nanako Engel-Mikkelsen is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in brand design and strategic communications, currently serving as Managing Partner Germany and Client Director at UP THERE, EVERYWHERE since August 2015. In this role, Nanako leads UP LAB Client Services, focusing on actionable market insights, and is part of the UP FOR LIFE executive team, dedicated to effective life science and medical communication. Additionally, Nanako is the owner of Nanako&Co, specializing in strategic brand design and digital account management. Previous roles include Senior Project Manager at Kontrapunkt, Senior Designer at Interbrand, and positions at Brandimage, Landor, and various design internships. Nanako holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication Design from Design Factory International and studied design at Donghua University.
