Sandra Saathoff

Sandra Saathoff has extensive experience in human resources and people management. Sandra is currently the VP of People & Culture at UP42, where they lead the company's efforts to revolutionize Earth observation data and analytics. Prior to this, they held the position of VP of People & Culture at Wire™, a secure digital collaboration platform. Sandra also served as the Director of Human Resources at Wire™, where they played a key role in advancing secure digital communications and collaboration for businesses globally. Before joining Wire™, Sandra worked at Casper as a Senior HR Business Partner for teams across Europe. Sandra previously held various HR roles at Delivery Hero SE, including Senior People Partner, HR Business Partner, Senior HR Manager, and HR Manager. Additionally, Sandra gained experience at Goodgame Studios as an HR Manager & Payroll Accountant and at Amadeus FiRe AG as a Payroll Accountant. Sandra started their career at OLYMP Car-detailing GmbH as a Payroll Coordinator.

Sandra Saathoff has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus in Human Resources Management from FOM University of Applied Sciences for Economics and Management. Sandra also has a certification as a Personnel Services Clerk from Amadeus FiRe AG. Sandra has studied Law at Universität Greifswald with a focus on Employment Law. Additionally, they have a certification as an International Turnaround Manager from the Turnaround Management Association, which they obtained in 2015.
