Peter Hanson

Pete Hanson is the founder of Up and Running Software, Inc., where extensive experience as a software architect and developer has been leveraged to help organizations create impactful software solutions since 1995. With nearly two decades in software development and over a decade in systems engineering, projects led by Pete have significantly impacted millions of users and numerous Fortune 1000 companies. In addition, Pete has been an official member of Forbes Technology Council since 2016, participating in an elite network of IT leaders. Previous roles include a membership at Up and Running System Services, LLC, and serving as a Systems Administrator and Website Developer for The Joplin Globe, where Pete developed a comprehensive online newspaper management system. Educational background includes a degree in Management of Information Systems from Michigan Technological University and participation in the Leading Professional Service Firms Program at Harvard Business School Executive Education in 2017.
