Sanita Donska

Sanita Donska is an experienced HR Project Manager at UPB AS since July 2014, specializing in talent acquisition, performance management, training development, onboarding, and employer branding initiatives with a focus on collaboration with universities and graduates. Prior to this role, Sanita served as a Customer Service Specialist at SEB banka Latvia from June 2010 to May 2013 and as a Crediting Specialist at Swedbank from December 2006 to February 2009. Sanita holds a Professional Master’s degree in Project Management from the Riga International School of Economics and Business Administration, completed in 2013, and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from the University of Latvia, obtained in 2007.
