KelCent TAN is a seasoned legal and regulatory compliance professional with extensive experience in the financial and cryptocurrency sectors. Currently serving as the Legal & Regulatory Compliance Manager at Upbit Singapore since March 2021, KelCent oversees compliance for one of the largest cryptocurrency exchanges globally. Prior to this role, KelCent worked as a Legal & Compliance Coordinator at Exness from August 2020 to March 2021 and served as Principal Officer at Deriv.com from May 2017 to July 2020, where responsibilities included managing regulatory relations and ensuring adherence to compliance protocols. KelCent holds a Bachelor's Degree in Law from the University of London and a Middle School Diploma from Fairview International School.
