Doug Hull, MBA, SPHR, RCC, CPSP has extensive experience in human resources and compensation. Doug is currently working as the Sr. Director of Compensation, HRIS & Payroll at Upbound Group. Prior to this, they held the role of Sr. Director of Compensation & HRIS at the same company.
