Elvira Pérez Puig

Elvira Pérez Puig has extensive experience in the legal and public procurement fields. Currently serving as Técnico de licitaciones at UPCnet since November 2022, Elvira previously held the same position at Eurecat - Centro Tecnológico de Catalunya from November 2019 to November 2022. Prior to that, Elvira worked as a junior tax lawyer at Accent Juridic, S.L., providing guidance on national and international tax law. Elvira also contributed to research on the economic impact of cultural industries at Fundación Inov-Culture and practiced law in commercial, civil, and tax areas at Bufet Sorroca Serrano. Elvira holds multiple advanced degrees, including a Master's in Public Procurement from Universidad Nacional de Educación a Distancia, a Master's in IT Law from Esade, and a Master's in Financial Management from EAE Business School, along with a Law degree from Universitat Pompeu Fabra.
