John Caplinger is a MBA/Doctoral Candidate with a strong background in customer service and operations management. John started their career in 2001 at Allconnect, where they served as Vice President/General Manager of Operations until 2006. John then joined Benchmark Brands - FootSmart.com, where they held the position of Vice President of Customer Experience from 2006 to 2009, and later became the Vice President of Operations from 2009 to 2013. In 2013, Caplinger joined Bridgevine, Inc. as the Chief Customer Officer until 2020 when it was acquired by Updater. Currently, they serve as the Chief Customer Officer at Updater, where their responsibilities include overseeing all customer-related operations and utilizing technology to simplify the moving experience for consumers.
