Steven Turner

Steven Turner has a diverse work experience. Steven began their career in 2017 as a Writing Center Tutor at Binghamton University. Steven then took on a Marketing Intern role at LSC Communications, followed by a Freelance Marketing role with the same company. In 2019, Steven joined Apple as a Business Expert, where they managed 150+ small business accounts and mentored teams around successful customer engagement strategies. Steven also completed Mac hardware and OS service training and became an Apple Certified iOS Technician. Steven then took on roles as a Technical Specialist and Sales Specialist at Apple, reaching market leaderboards for AppleCare+ sales, business introductions, and cellular activated devices. Most recently, in 2021, Steven joined Updox as a Product Specialist.

Steven Turner attended Binghamton University from 2015 to 2018, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature and Creative Writing, as well as a Minor in Economics.
