Tanuka Dutta

Tanuka Dutta is an experienced professional in the fields of software development and startup mentorship. Currently serving as the Head of Program and Community at Upekkha since June 2020, Dutta supports portfolio startups by providing frameworks, knowledge, and mentorship for building global AI SaaS businesses, while also designing the accelerator program's content for B2B SaaS startups. Dutta previously founded Crisium Technologies Pvt Ltd, addressing safety concerns in schools in India. With over 14 years at Cisco, Dutta held various leadership roles, including Director of Software Development, managing a team of 80 engineers, and contributed to Layer 3 networking software. Prior experience includes a position as Lead Engineer at Motorola India, focusing on networking protocols. Dutta holds an M. Tech in Telecommunication Systems Engineering and a B. Tech in Electronics & Electrical Communications, both from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur.
