Caitlin McVeigh-Gagnon has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Caitlin started their career as an Administration Intern at a company where they gained skills in office management, event planning, and assisting sales and accounting staff. Caitlin then worked as a Marketing Intern, where they organized corporate events, managed budgets, and prepared exhibits for tradeshows.

Caitlin later joined iJET International, Inc. as a Business Integration Intern, where they gained experience in coordinating and gathering documents for client intake packets. Caitlin then transitioned to a role as a Product Management Coordinator, where they supported the product enhancement release life cycle, conducted user acceptance testing, created documentation, and assisted with product marketing materials.

After that, Caitlin joined WorldAware as a Product Manager for their mobile application, Worldcue® Mobile TRAVELER 2.0. Caitlin successfully launched the app and provided travelers with critical information and assistance. Caitlin later became a Senior Product Manager at the same company, leading product management in a global, cross-functional team. Caitlin managed stakeholders, participated in corporate strategy and planning, and conducted market research and business cases for new and existing solutions.

Most recently, Caitlin joined uPerform as a Marketing Director. Caitlin'sresponsibilities include representing the uPerform brand in various touchpoints, driving product awareness, and creating sales enablement tools. Caitlin also defines and executes strategic marketing plans and awareness campaigns to drive lead generation and revenue growth.

Caitlin McVeigh-Gagnon obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration - Management from Towson University, where they studied from 2007 to 2011. In addition to their degree, they have also received additional certifications. In August 2015, they obtained the Certified Scrum Product Owner® (CSPO) certification from Scrum Alliance. Two years later, in August 2017, they obtained the Pragmatic Management Certified - (PMC-VI) certification from Pragmatic Institute (Pragmatic Marketing + TDI).
