Alex Weisman

Alex Weisman has worked for several companies over the past 18 years. In 2002, they began their career as a Shift Manager at Starbucks Coffee Company. In 2006, they moved to Massage Envy as a Regional Developer & Franchisee. Alex then went on to become an Area Representative & Franchisee at European Wax Center in 2009. Most recently, in 2017, Alex co-founded Upfrontworks.com and is currently the Managing Partner. Upfront is a Behavioral Operating System that helps teams build important new habits at work.

Alex Weisman obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Clinical Psychology from Arizona State University between 2004 and 2009. Alex also holds a certification as an Analyst from The Predictive Index.
