Ross W.

Ross W. has held a variety of roles in the corporate world since 2010. Ross began their career as an Associate at William McDonough + Partners in 2010. In 2011, they took on the role of Regional Developer for Massage Envy Spa, as well as Associate at AeroFarms. Ross was also a Multi-Unit Franchisee and Area Developer for European Wax Center from 2011 to 2016. In 2016, they became an Advisor and Partner at Current Meditation. In 2021, they joined Upfrontworks.com as a Co-Founder, where they helped the company achieve a 43% sales conversion in 2 weeks, a 33 NPS in 1 month, a 51% YOY EBITDA, and a 75% YOY retention. Ross is currently a Franchise Partner for NuVinAir® Florida.

Ross W. attended the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Sustainability.
