Amruta Jagdale

Amruta Jagdale serves as the Head of Human Resources at upGrad since March 2023 and previously held the position of Manager - HRBP at Bizdata from December 2021 to August 2023, where Amruta led the digitalization of 'Hire to Retire' processes and the employee lifecycle. Prior experience includes an Assistant Manager role at Bitwise Inc and significant work as a Human Resources Business Partner at Fujitsu from June 2013 to May 2021, focusing on strategic HR interventions, performance management, and HR analytics. Amruta began the career as a Recruiter at Tata Consultancy Services from November 2010 to May 2013. Educational qualifications include an MBA in HR and Marketing from Indira Institute of Management and a Bachelor of Science in Zoology/Animal Biology from Savitribai Phule Pune University.
