Rajneesh Kanotra is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in marketing, digital learning solutions, and business development across various industries. Currently serving as Vice President - Capability & Delivery (Sales & Service) at upGrad since February 2024, Rajneesh leads the capability and delivery for the sales and service vertical within upGrad Enterprise. Prior to this role, Rajneesh held multiple leadership positions at Centum Learning Limited, including Head of Digital Learning Solutions & Marketing and Head of Marketing & Strategy, where responsibilities included driving branding and digital marketing initiatives. Rajneesh also has significant experience in the edTech and telecommunications sectors, having served as Head Marketing for NIIT Limited's online training and product management portfolios, as well as leading the mHealth strategy at airtel. Rajneesh's career began in retail and sales management with notable roles at Aditya Birla Group and Subhiksha Retail Private Limited, backed by a B.Tech from Pondicherry University and an MBA in Marketing from the University of Jammu.
