Saurabh Deep Singla

Saurabh Deep Singla is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Chief HR Officer at upGrad since July 2022, overseeing a workforce of over 4,000 employees globally while driving organizational transformation and people strategy. Prior to this, Saurabh held the position of Chief People Officer at Ecom Express Private Limited, managing a diverse workforce of more than 65,000 across numerous locations and leading key initiatives in performance management and diversity. Saurabh has also worked with G4S, Rio Tinto, Yum! Brands, Whirlpool Corporation, and Bharti Airtel Ltd, holding various leadership roles that focused on recruitment, talent strategy, and employee relations. Educational qualifications include an ongoing Executive Leadership program at Cornell University and a degree in Human Resources Management from XLRI Jamshedpur, coupled with certifications from SHRM and Hay Group.
