Tannaya Dey

Tannaya Dey is an experienced professional in human resources and training, currently serving as an HRM Mentor at upGrad and previously as a Training Manager focused on Behavioral and Soft Skills. Tannaya has held roles as a Communication and Soft Skills Trainer/Coach at Concentrix and a Freelance Storyteller/Communication Skills Trainer. Earlier in the career, Tannaya managed human resources at Pantaloons and served as Assistant Manager – Human Resources at Jaguar Services Private Limited, also consulting for Interspace Communications Pvt. Ltd. Tannaya holds a Master’s degree in Industrial Psychology from the University of Mumbai and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from K.C. College.
