Corné van der Poel

Cornelius Cole has extensive experience in engineering and technical roles, particularly focused on decommissioning and project management within the telecommunications sector. From December 2011 to August 2021, Cornelius served as a Decommissioning Engineer at CommScope, where responsibilities included the decommissioning and configuration of core network equipment across the EMEA region in Google data centers, alongside process evaluation and high voltage DC understanding. Prior roles include Decommissioning Coordinator at CommScope, Decom Tester for Google at ARRIS, Network Installation Engineer at Inclarity, and Technical System Support Engineer at Highways Agency. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunication & Computer Networking from London South Bank University, a Full-Stack Web Developer certification from Le Wagon, and an HNC in Software Engineering from South Thames College.
