Ellaluna Taylor

Ellaluna Taylor is an experienced design professional currently serving as the Head of Design at Upgrowth since January 2023 and an Industrial Design Tutor at UNSW since 2019. Previous roles include Product Strategy Director and Co-Founder at Emdash Product Experience Studio from June 2021 to June 2022, Head of Experience Design & Research and Senior Experience Designer at Solar Analytics from July 2020 to July 2021, and Senior Experience Designer at Upgrowth from February 2018 to July 2020. Earlier experience encompasses positions as a UX Designer at uno Home Loans and Customer Experience Designer at IAG. Ellaluna held the role of Senior Interaction/User Experience Designer and Product Designer at Breville Australia from January 2011 to October 2015, focusing on product interface design and graphic/packaging design. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Design with 1st Class Honours in Industrial Design from the University of Technology Sydney and a User Experience Design certification from General Assembly, alongside a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Jewellery & Object Design from UNSW.
