Role Overview:

As the Marketing Lead at Liber, with your strategic insight and creative prowess, you'll develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that elevate our brand, foster customer engagement, and drive growth. Your responsibilities will include crafting compelling narratives, managing campaigns across multiple channels, analyzing market trends to identify new opportunities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure our marketing objectives align with our business goals and that we are on the right track to reach them. You'll have an unique opportunity to impact our journey towards success.

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in Management, or related field. Masters in marketing is valued.

  • Healthcare experience is a plus.

  • 2-3 years in management consulting (big four or strategic) and/or experience as marketing lead/manager in a post Series A startup.

  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis. E.g. you use XLS for every decision in your life and work.

  • Management skills (resources, budget, team members, suppliers) with a methodic work style. E.g. you plan everything you do.

  • Hypothesis driven decision-making. E.g. your choices are rational and driven by experiences.

  • Creative and disruptive mindset. E.g. you are a fan of brands and ads.

  • Fast learner driven by curiosity. E.g. you are someone who learns new skills easily and autonomously.

  • Methodic work style with ability to surpass barriers intelligently. E.g. you have achieved an interesting endeavor by your own.

  • Passion for technology and UpHill's mission. E.g. you are very well rounded with technology.

  • High bandwidth. E.g. you can develop multiple threads of work without losing sight.
