Kayt Norris

Kayt Norris is currently the People Development & Training at Uphold Health. Prior to this, they were the Director of Training & Workforce Development at Homebridge, Inc. for 1 year and 7 months. Before that, they were an Advisor at CNA Simulations VR, working on developing the first virtual CNA simulation training platform. Kayt has also been the Director Of Workforce Development at HouseWorks LLC, one of New England's largest providers of home care, elder care and senior home care services. In addition, they have also worked as a Career Launch Program Consultant at Perkins School for the Blind, where they helped develop a workforce development program that helps blind and visually impaired young adults land their first jobs in business and customer service. Lastly, Kayt has also been a Workforce Innovations Consultant at PHI - Quality Care Through Quality Jobs for 1 year and 6 months. Prior to all of this, Kayt taught 6th grade Language Arts for 3 years and 1 month through Teach For America. Consequently, Kayt has extensive experience in workforce development and training.

Kayt Norris graduated from Tufts University in 2007 with a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government.
