Kaily Burton

Kaily Burton is an experienced professional with a diverse background in business partnerships, talent acquisition, and sales management. Currently, Kaily serves as the Head of Business Partnerships at Uphold Inc. since July 2018, where previous roles included Senior Manager of Strategic Partnerships and Talent Acquisition Manager. Prior to Uphold Inc., Kaily worked at CyberCoders as a Senior Executive Recruiter and held various recruiting positions. Kaily's experience also includes sales operations at Thomas Naylor, LLC, and regional sales management at DxMed. Additionally, Kaily has a strong educational foundation, holding a Bachelor of Arts in Business Economics from UC Santa Barbara and a degree in Educational Leadership from Chaminade University of Honolulu. Kaily is also a co-founder of Allied Greeks, Inc., which developed an innovative cloud-based platform for non-profit management.
